基于面部脂肪室解剖的脂肪移植研究进展

Research progress of fat transplantation based on facial fat compartment anatomy

脂肪移植于20世纪初期首次被报道,但由于脂肪移植物远期存活率较低,导致其未被充分利用。近年来,基于面部脂肪室的解剖进展和脂肪移植过程中提取、加工及注射方法的改进,面部脂肪移植已经取得了阶段性进展。本文将从面部脂肪室的解剖进展入手,综述面部脂肪移植的方法及应用,以期加深对面部脂肪移植的认识,为临床诊疗提供参考。

Fat transplantation was first reported in the early 20th century,but it was underutilized due to their low long-term survival rates.In recent years,facial fat transplantation has achieved staged development based on the anatomical progress of the facial fat compartment and the improvement of extraction,processing and injection methods during fat transplantation.This article will start with the anatomical progress of the facial fat compartment,and review the methods and applications of facial fat transplantation,in order to deepen the understanding of facial fat transplantation and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
