摘要
“双师型”教师培养是提升高校人才培养的重要举措。2022年教育部公布的数据显示高校“双师型”教师占比已达到国家要求,但是有研究证实教师实践能力仍有待提高,所以“双师型”教师质量提升成为了亟需解决的问题。基于校企合作,提出了“双师型”教师的培养路径,分层分类培养标准的建立有利于对教师进行精准化培养,企业评价的融入能够提高教师能力评价的准确性,高校侧保障体系的构建能够有效激励教师主动参与企业实践能力锻炼。
"Double-qualified"teacher training is an important measure to improve the training of college talents.According to the data released by the Ministry of Education in 2022,the proportion of"double-qualified"teachers in colleges and universities has reached the national requirements,but studies have proved that the practical ability of teachers still needs to be improved,so the quality improvement of"double-qualified"teachers has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on school-enterprise cooperation,this paper puts forward the training path of"double-qualified"teachers,The establishment of hierarchical and classified training standards is conducive to the accurate training of teachers,the integration of enterprise evaluation can improve the accuracy of teachers′ability evaluation,and the construction of guarantee system in colleges and universities can effectively encourage teachers to actively participate in the practical ability exercise of enterprises.
