森林防火智慧监测体系构建的总体思路与主要任务

The General Idea and Main Task of Building Intelligent Monitoring System for Forest Fire Prevention

本文对怎样充分利用现代化技术手段补充和完善森林防火监测预警体系,构建智慧化监测平台,促使我国森林防火监测迈向智慧化进行了探讨,提出了构建基于物联网的天-空-地一体化同步监测体系,建设森林防火监测与大数据中心,搭建智慧监测云平台的总体思路。结果表明,森林防火监测云平台具备数据实时同步、火灾精准定位、数据快速响应、系统监控与报警等功能。

We discuss how to make full use of modern technology to supplement and improve the forest fire monitoring and early warning system,build an intelligent monitoring platform,and promote China's forest fire monitoring towards wisdom.The general idea of building an integrated monitoring system of sky-air-earth based on Internet of Things,building a forest fire monitoring and big data center,and building a wisdom monitoring platform is proposed.The forest fire monitoring cloud platform has the functions of real-time synchronization of data,accurate positioning of fire,rapid response of data,perfect system monitoring and alarm.
