依托大型公立医院建设互联网医院的实证研究

Empirical research on the construction of the Internet hospital based on the large public hospital

近年来,随着信息技术的发展和“互联网+”医疗相关政策的相继出台,以及新冠肺炎疫情的防控需要,互联网医院的建设需求迫切。南通大学附属医院作为省级综合类医疗中心的三级甲等医院,具备较强的医疗资源和技术实力开展互联网医院诊疗。因此文章结合当前的政策背景、患者需求、就医矛盾等方面,依托大型公立医院进行互联网医院的设计。实践表明,互联网医院的上线满足了患者对于新环境背景下的诊疗需求,解决了疫情防控期间就医难的现实难题,优化了诊疗资源的合理分配和高效利用,助力实现医院的高质量发展目标。

In recent years,with the development of information technology and the publication of“Internet+”medical related policies,as well as the need for COVID-19 prevention and control,the Internet hospitals is in urgent need of construction.Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University serves as a tertiary first-class hospital of the provincial comprehensive medical center,possesses strong medical resources and technical strength to diagnosis and treatment by Internet hospital.Therefore,based on the current policy background,patient needs,medical contradictions and other aspects,the design of Internet hospital is carried out by relying on the large public hospital.Practice has shown that the Internet hospital has met patients’needs for diagnosis and treatment in the new environment,has solved the practical problem of difficult medical treatment during the epidemic,has optimized the reasonable allocation and efficient utilization of diagnosis and treatment resources,and has helped to achieve the goal of high-quality development of the hospital.
