摘要
盾构法施工是地铁施工常见的施工方法,在城市地铁盾构施工过程中不可避免地会穿越建筑物。南昌轨道交通4号线桃苑站—绳金塔站区间盾构上软下硬地层近距离下穿建筑物群,周边地质环境复杂,周边环境复杂,盾构区域内存在着大量建筑物的浅基础,保证盾构施工顺利进行以及建筑物群安全是最重要的问题。为了盾构施工顺利进行以及保证建筑物群安全,文章将控制推进速度控制在3~4 cm/min;对渣土进行改良实验,采用最优的泡沫配比;控制盾构姿态以及同步注浆等施工技术;监测显示建筑物最大沉降仅2.1 mm,沉降很小,对建筑物安全无影响。文章的初步性结论对以后南昌地区的地铁盾构施工具有一定的指导意义。
Shield construction is a common construction method in metro construction,and it is inevitable to cross buildings in the process of urban metro shield construction.The shield in Taoyuan Station-Shengjinta Station section of Nanchang rail transit Line Four passes through the building group in a short distance in the soft and hard stratum.The surrounding geological environment is complex and the surrounding environment is complex.There are a large number of shallow foundations of buildings in the shield area.It is the most important issue to ensure the smooth construction of the shield and the safety of the building group.In order to carry out the shield construction smoothly and ensure the safety of the building group,control the propulsion speed at 3-4 cm/min.The optimum foam ratio is adopted in the improvement experiment of the residue soil,controlling the attitude of the shield and synchronous grouting construction technologies.The monitoring shows that the maximum settlement of the building is only 2.1 mm,which is very small and has no impact on the safety of the building.The preliminary conclusions of this paper have certain guiding significance for the shield construction of Metro in Nanchang area in the future.
