文章通过对现有侨商企业案例的理念与经验进行梳理,明确“智改数转”的概念界定和特征呈现,探讨制造业实现数字化转型的关键技术和趋势,研究各类资源投入、共享、协调、保障机制,为制造业发展提供支持和保障。开展常州侨商制造企业“智改数转”的研究,可以推动常州工业高质量发展走在江苏省前列,令常州市成为产业链高端制造中承上启下的重要一环,以创新的科技应用走在数字经济时代前列。

Through sorting out the concepts of intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation and experiences of existing overseas Chinese business cases,this paper discusses the key technologies and trends of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,and studies various resource input,sharing,coordination,and guarantee mechanisms to provide support and guarantee for the development of the manufacturing industry.The research on how to promote high-quality development of overseas enterprises in Changzhou’s overseas manufacturing enterprises will position Changzhou as an important link in the industrial chain’s high-end manufacturing and take the lead in the digital economy era with innovative technology applications.
