基于查新用户需求的公共图书馆信息服务路径研究——以苏州图书馆为例

Research on information service path of public library based on the demands of novelty search users:taking Suzhou Library as an example

传统的信息服务止步于查新报告的完成,在大数据环境下,应转变思想观念,变被动服务为主动服务。文章以苏州图书馆科技查新用户为案例,对查新用户进行分类,分析了不同查新用户信息需求的不同特点,提出为用户提供信息创新服务。针对不同用户提供深层次信息服务产品,实现“用户-服务-查新”联动,不仅有利于提高图书馆各项资源的利用率,还可以帮助用户及时了解所在行业最新科技成果,增强企业市场竞争力。

Traditional information services stop at the completion of novelty search reports.In the big data environment,we should change our ideas and concepts,and change passive services into active services.This paper takes Suzhou Library’s sci-tech novelty search users as an example,classifies them,analyzes the different characteristics of information needs of different novelty search users,and proposes to provide users with information innovation services.Providing in-depth information service products for different users and realizing the“user service novelty search”linkage will not only help improve the utilization rate of various resources in the library,but also help users to understand the latest scientific and technological achievements in their industries in a timely manner and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.
