智能感知和数据交互下智慧图书馆的精准个性服务研究

Research on accurate and personalized service of intelligent library under intelligent perception and data interaction

近几年,随着智慧图书馆建设的高速发展,绝大部分重点公共图书馆和“双一流”高校图书馆都已经完成了第一阶段智慧图书馆的建设,即以RFID技术、自助设备等为主的硬件设备建设。目前,智慧图书馆建设进入瓶颈期,未来智慧图书馆建设的方向还在摸索之中,各图书馆对未来智慧图书馆的建设有共识也有分歧。文章旨在提出一种以读者为中心、以数据为依托、以服务为核心,即能实现智能感知和数据交互下的智慧图书馆精准、个性服务的建设方向。

In recent years,with the rapid development of smart library construction,most key public libraries and“Double First-class”university libraries have completed the first stage of smart library construction,that is,hardware equipment construction focusing on RFID technology and self-service equipment.At present,the construction of smart libraries has entered a bottleneck period,and the direction of future smart library construction is still being explored.All libraries have consensus and differences on the construction of future smart libraries.This paper aims to propose a reader centered,data based and service centered construction direction of smart library,which can realize accurate and personalized services under intelligent perception and data interaction.
