开源社区用户的知识共享行为

Knowledge Sharing Behavior of Open Source Community Users

在开源软件(OSS)社区中,用户缺乏知识贡献意愿导致开源项目进展缓慢,阻碍OSS社区运作和发展。基于感知公平理论,研究了OSS社区用户知识共享行为机理。对收集的336份有效数据采用结构方程模型进行分析。研究发现,感知公平的3个维度(分配公平、程序公平和互动公平)显著影响用户的信任和满意度,进而决定其知识分享意愿和行为。因此,开源社区需要重视用户的公平感知,提高其信任和满意度,从而促进用户的知识共享行为,确保社区持续快速发展。

In open source software(OSS)communities,users'lack of intention to contribute knowledge will slow down the progress of open source projects and hinder the operation and development of the communities.Based on the perceived justice theory,the users'knowledge sharing behavior in OSS communities is examined.Structural equation modeling(SEM)is used to analyze 336 valid data collected.The results indicate that the three dimensions of perceived justice(distributional justice,procedural justice,and interactional justice)significantly affect users'trust and satisfaction,which in turn affect users'intention to share knowledge in OSS.Therefore,the open source communities need to attach importance to users'perception of justice,increase their trust and satisfaction so as to promote users'knowledge-sharing behavior and ensure the sustainable and rapid development of communities.
