摘要
为解决炼油厂难生化含盐污水COD等超洁净排放的技术难题,针对难生化含盐污水COD组成与特性,采用A/O-催化氧化-BAF组合工艺进行处理,100 m^(3)/h工业化装置运行结果表明,COD、氨氮和总氮的平均质量浓度由进水的542.1、27.9和44.5 mg/L分别降低到24.2、0.5和25.0 mg/L以下,较好地解决了炼油厂难生化含盐污水的处理难题。
In order to solve the technical problem of super-clean discharge of COD in hard biodegradable salt-containing sewage of refinery,in view of the COD composition and the characteristics of the said kind of sewage,a combined process of A/O-catalytic oxidation-BAF was adopted for its treatment.The operation results of the industrial equipment with treatment scale of 100 m^(3)/h showed that,the average mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen decreased from 542.1,27.9,44.5 mg/L respectively to below 24.2,0.5 and 25.0 mg/L respectively,which solved the problem of treatment of hard biodegradable salt-containing sewage in refinery.
