高级氧化组合工艺处理某精细化工废水工程实例 被引量:2

摘要 某精细化工废水COD浓度高、水质复杂、可生化性差、水质波动较大,设计采用芬顿预处理+臭氧催化氧化深度处理的高级氧化组合工艺,联合厌氧和两级好氧的生化工艺对其进行处理。该组合工艺处理效率高,抗冲击负荷能力强,工程运行情况表明,COD质量浓度从20000 mg/L左右下降到30~60 mg/L,出水水质达到环评要求。 An advanced oxidation process of Fenton pretreatment+ozone catalytic oxidation combined with anaerobic and two-stage aerobic biochemical process is designed for the treatment of fine chemical industrial wastewater characterized by high COD concentration,complex water quality,poor biocegradability and large quality fluctuation.The said combined process has high treatment efficiency and a strong resistance to shock loading,the operation results of the project showed that,the mass concentration of COD decreased from about 20000 mg/L to 30-60 mg/L,the effluent water quality met the discharge standard required by the environmental impact assessment.
