隔油沉淀-气浮-水解酸化-A/O组合工艺处理肉牛屠宰废水

摘要 针对肉牛屠宰废水来源广,排水不均匀,水质、水量波动大,有机物浓度高,杂质和悬浮物浓度高,色度深,并散发腥臭味的特点,采用隔油沉淀-气浮-水解酸化-A/O组合处理工艺。为避免冬季低温对废水处理系统的影响,以及臭气的二次污染,主体处理设施均设置在室内,密闭设计,并配套臭气负压收集及净化处理设施,改善操作环境。实际运行结果表明,该处理工艺具有出水水质稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,运行费用低等特点,出水各项水质指标均满足GB 13457—1992《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》表3中畜类屠宰加工一级标准限值,实际运行成本为1.92元/m^(3)。 Beef cattle slaughter wastewater has characteristics of wide sources,uneven drainage,large fluctuation of water quality and quantity,high concentrations of organic matters,impurities and suspended matters,deep color,and stinking smell,a combined process of oil separation precipitation-air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O was adopted for its treatment.In order to avoid the influence of low temperature in winter on the sewage treatment system and the secondary pollution of odor,the main treatment facilities are installed indoors,with a closed design and equipped with odor negative pressure collection and purification treatment facilities to improve the operating environment.The actual operation results show that the treatment process has the characteristics of stable effluent quality,strong resistance to impact load,and low operating cost.The various water quality indicators of the effluent meet the one-level standard limit for livestock slaughter and processing in table 3 of GB 13457—1992 Water pollutant discharge standard for meat processing industry,the actual operating cost was 1.92 yuan/m^(3).
