对氯甲苯制备对甲酚的合成方法研究

摘要 以KOH作为亲核试剂,开发对氯甲苯制备对甲酚合成新工艺。解决现有对甲酚生产工艺存在的收率低、环境污染重等问题。通过考察氢氧化钾浓度、催化剂用量等单因素对产物收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺路线,通过核磁共振、液相色谱等进一步确定了目标产物。该工艺反应条件温和,后处理过程简单,产品纯度好,收率高,避免了有机溶剂的大量使用,具有绿色环保等优点。 KOH was used as a nucleophile to develop a new synthesis process of p-cresol from p-chlorotoluene.It solves the problems of low yield and heavy environmental pollution in the existing p-cresol production process.By investigating the influence of single factors such as the concentration of potassium hydroxide and the amount of catalyst on the yield of the product,the optimal process was determined,and the target product was further determined by nuclear magnetic resonance and liquid chromatography.This process has the advantages of mild reaction conditions,simple post-treatment process,good product purity,high yield,avoiding the large use of organic solvents,and green environmental protection.
