丙烷脱氢装置脱乙烷塔尾气脱硫系统优化 被引量:1

摘要 脱乙烷塔尾气不含水是导致脱硫剂快速失效的主要原因,因此对脱硫系统进行优化改造,增加蒸汽注入流程和脱乙烷塔尾气输送至界外燃料气系统流程,实现物料上进下出功能和脱乙烷塔尾气稳定外送功能。脱硫剂装填前先预补充水分,补水量占脱硫剂重量的2%~4%,在脱硫剂运行期间连续注入蒸汽,明显改善脱硫效果和脱硫剂寿命,出口物料硫含量基本在20 mg/m^(3)以下,使用寿命延长至约1年。注入蒸汽后,在脱硫床内形成了CO_(2)/H_(2)S共存腐蚀体系,对碳钢设备产生严重腐蚀,需要升级至不锈钢材质。 The main reason for the rapid failure of the desulfurizer is that the tail gas of the deethanizer does not contain water.Therefore,the desulfurization system is optimized and modified.The steam injection process and the process for the transmission of the tail gas of the deethanizer to the fuel gas system outside the boundary were added to realize the functions of the upper in and lower out of the materials and the stable outward transmission of the tail gas of the deethanizer.Before filling the desulfurizer,water should be added in advance accounting for 2%~4%of the weight of the desulfurizer.Continuous steam injection during the operation of the desulfurizer can significantly improve the desulfurization effect and the life of the desulfurizer.The sulfur content of the outlet material is basically below 20 mg/m^(3),and the service life is extended to about one year.After steam injection,a CO_(2)/H_(2)S coexisting corrosion system was formed in the desulfurization bed,causing severe corrosion to carbon steel equipment which needed to be upgraded to stainless steel.
