摘要
高温热风管道的保温是热风管道设计的重要组成部分,其设计的合理与否影响热风输送系统的热量损失、使用寿命以及整体造价。本文以具体工程项目为基础,对常用的几种内保温方式进行研究,围绕内保温材料选择、保温结构设计等内容进行深入探讨,并结合实际项目执行进行总结归纳,解决了内保温存在的各种问题,有效降低了工程的造价,提高了系统的使用寿命。
The insulation of high-temperature hot air pipeline is an important part of hot air pipeline design,and the reasonable design affects the heat loss,service life and overall cost of the hot air conveying system.Based on specific engineering projects,this paper studies several commonly used internal insulation methods,discusses in depth the selection of internal insulation materials,insulation structure design,etc.,and summarizes in combination with the actual project implementation,which solves various problems existing in internal insulation,effectively reduces the cost of the project,and improves the service life of the system.
