基于风险管控理念的苯装车变更过程研究

Study on Benzene Loading Change Process Based on Risk Management and Control Concept

变更过程中的风险管理是过程安全管理的一项重要研究内容。本文主要研究在寒冷天气下苯固有的低温结晶性质,在装车结束后增加氮气吹扫操作的变更过程存在的风险。通过分析苯装车变更过程中的风险,基于风险管控理念,从变更申请、实施过程、后期运行3个阶段提出了变更改造风险管控措施,对日常技术改造管理工作的提升有借鉴意义。

Risk management in the change process is an important research content of process safety management.This paper mainly studies the inherent low-temperature crystallization properties of benzene in cold weather,and the risk of increasing the change process of nitrogen purging operation after loading.By analyzing the risks in the process of changing benzene loading trucks,based on the concept of risk management and control,the risk control measures for change and transformation are proposed from three stages:change application,implementation process and later operation,which has reference significance for the improvement of daily technical transformation management.
