Analysis on the Path of High-quality Development of Public Hospitals from the Perspective of DIP

公立医院高质量发展是国家深化医药卫生体制改革的重要一环,对于公立医院来说,医保支付方式改革既是机遇也是挑战。本文基于DIP付费视角总结当前公立医院发展困境,并进一步探索公立医院实现高质量发展的新思路,旨在为DIP改革背景下的公立医院提质增效,实现高质量发展提供决策依据。

The high-quality development of public hospitals is an important part of China’s deepening the reform of the medical and health system. The reform of medical insurance payment is both an opportunity and a challenge for public hospitals. Based on the perspective of DIP payment, this paper summarizes the current dilemma of public hospitals, and further explores new ideas for public hospitals to achieve high-quality development, in order to improve quality and efficiency of public hospitals under the background of DIP and provide decision-making basis for high-quality development.
