Li_(2)NiO_(2)的加入对LiCoO_(2)/石墨+Si全电池电性能的影响

摘要 研究正极补锂材料Li_(2)NiO_(2)的添加对正极片以及电池电性能的影响。主要从正极片膜片电阻率,电池容量、首效、常温和高温循环以及其他电性能等方面进行测试分析。正极补锂材料的加入显著提升了电池容量及循环性能,同时降低了循环过程中直流内阻(DCR)增长率。当添加量达到6.5%时电池容量提升了8.0%。常温循环400周后容量保持率增长了13.3%,高温循环300周后容量保持率增长了7.2%,但同时补锂剂的加入也增大了正极片的膜片电阻率以及电池的初始DCR值。 The effects of the addition of cathode prelithiation material Li_(2)NiO_(2) on the electrical properties of positive plate and battery were studied.This article mainly tests and analysis the resistivity of the positive plate,the capacity initial columbic efficiency,cycle performance and other electrical performances of the lithium ion batteries.The results indicated that the addition of the prelithiation material Li_(2)NiO_(2) significantly improved the capacity and the cycle performances of the batteries,meanwhile,it reduces the growth rate of the DCR in the cycle processes.When the addition amount reaches 6.5%,the battery capacity increased by 8.5%,the capacity retention rate increased by 10%after 400 cycles at room temperature,and the capacity retention rate increased by 10%after 300 cycles at high temperature.But at the same time,the addition of prelithiation material Li2NiO2also increased the resistivity of the positive plate and the initial DCR value of the batteries.
