Deepening Industry-Education Integration to Reconstruct the Mode of Training of Professional Masters:Taking Training of Master of Social Work as an Example

摘要 新时代我国专业学位人才培养的应用型、职业化目标定位和特质,要求必须进一步深化产教融合以推动专业学位研究生培养模式重构。区别于学术学位研究生的培养,专业学位研究生培养必须根据专业自身的特点,以实务为导向构建专业课程体系;以实践创新为核心培养职业能力;以项目为依托构建多元协同育人模式;以双导师为重点完善长效协作机制。 In the new age, our training of Professional Master is characterized by application and professionalization. This orientation requires further industry-education integration to facilitate reconstruction of the mode of training of Professional Masters. Different from the training of Academic Masters, the training of Professional Masters must be based on its own features and develop practice-oriented curricula. The training must center around professional creativity, and develop project-based education modes involving different parties, and improve long term cooperation mechanism based on double mentors.
