双减背景下的“提质”与“提分”,对立还是统一? 被引量:1

“Improving Competency”and“Improving Academic Performance”Under the“Double Reduction”Policy:Are They Opposites or Unification?

摘要 双减政策在实践中面临着作业负担从学校向家庭转移,校外培训机构暗中发展的问题。政策与实践的差距,源于家长对学业竞争的担忧。想要切实减轻学生负担,必须要满足学生和家长的“提分”需求。但理论界长久以来将应试教育当作批判对象,“提分”与“提质”被视为对立关系,“提分”的价值和方法得不到讨论。实际上,“提分”不仅符合家长的教育需求,还是学生认知发展、素养提升的重要路径。要把“提分”与“提质”统一起来,在理论上应重视“提分”的价值、探讨“提分”的机制,在实践上教师应在课堂教学中做到“应教尽教”。 The double reduction policy in practice faces a transfer in homework burden from school to home and the insidious development of out-of-school training institutions.The gap between policy and practice resulting from parents’concerns about the academic competition of children.In order to effectively reduce the burden on students,it is necessary to meet the needs of students and parents to“improve academic performance”.However,the theoretical community has long been critical of teaching to the test,and the value and methods of“improving academic performance”have not been discussed,as“improving academic performance”and“improving competency”are seen as opposites.In fact,“improving academic performance”not only meets the educational needs of parents,but is also an important pathway for students’cognitive development and literacy enhancement.In order to unify“improving academic performance”and“improving competency”,the value of“improving academic performance”should be emphasized in theory and the mechanism of it should be explored.In practice,teachers should teach as much as they can in the classroom.
