锂电池隔膜弓形问题原因浅析

摘要 本文通过对湿法隔膜条状卷膜不同收卷位置以及不同卷膜之间弓形量、厚度表征,探索了电池隔膜弓形量与隔膜厚度一致性之间的关系。结果表明,同一条状卷膜中从芯层内侧至表层外侧,隔膜弓形量逐渐增大;存在弓形问题的卷膜凹侧与凸侧厚度存在差异,而正常卷膜的凹、凸两侧厚度基本相同;条状隔膜两侧厚度差异与弓形量之间呈现良好相关性。 The relationship between the bow amount of battery separator and the consistency of membrane thickness was explored by characterizing the bow amount and thickness of wet-process separator strip rolling film at different rolling positions and among different rolling films.The results showed that in the same strip membrane,from the core layer of rolling film to the surface layer of rolling film,the bow amount of separator gradually increased.The thickness of concave side and convex side of rolling film with bow problem is different,while the thickness of concave side and convex side of normal rolling film is basically the same.There was a good correlation between the thickness difference between the two sides of the strip film and the bow amount of separator.
