摘要
探讨低密度脂蛋白粒子与脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2、冠心病冠状病变相关性。选取我院162例冠心病患者, 入院1 d后取静脉血, 酶联免疫分析法和双试剂酶法检测后发现脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2与载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇A2(LDL-CA2)呈负相关(P<0.05), 与载脂蛋白B(ApoB)呈正相关(P<0.05);ApoB与ApoA、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2呈负相关(P<0.05);其他变量两两之间无相关性(P>0.05)。低密度脂蛋白粒子大小与脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平、冠状病变严重程度存在相关性, 对冠心病严重程度具有提示意义。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between low-density lipoprotein(LDL)particle size,lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 level and coronary lesions in coronary heart disease(CHD).A total of 162 CHD patients in our hospital were included.Venous blood samples were collected on day 1 after admission.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and dual luciferase assay showed that lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 was negatively correlated with apolipoprotein A(ApoA)and LDL cholesterol A2(LDL-CA2)(P<0.05),and was positively correlated with apolipoprotein B(ApoB)(P<0.05);ApoB was negatively correlated with ApoA and lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(P<0.05).There was no correlation between any other variables(P>0.05).In conclusion,the particle size of LDL is correlated with level of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and the severity of coronary lesions,and is suggestive of the CHD severity.
