2020年洛阳市食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测结果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of monitoring results of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in of food in Luoyang city in 2020

摘要 目的 分析2020年河南省洛阳市市售食品中化学污染物及有害因素的污染状况,研判风险分布及来源,为政府和相关部门开展食品安全风险评估及精准监管提供依据。方法 2020年5-10月按照洛阳市《食品安全风险监测方案》要求,在全市种植、生产加工、流通和餐饮4个环节分层随机采集代表性食品样本,依据有关国家标准、行业标准和工作手册对相关化学污染物及有害因素开展检测和结果判定。结果 2020年共检测洛阳市市售食品10大类、463份样本的8大类79项指标,样本超标率为1.94%;其中小白菜中毒死蜱超标率为1.56%(1/64),油条中含铝食品添加剂超标率4.10%(8/195);流通和餐饮环节样本超标率分别为0.54%(2/373)和8.14%(7/86);城市(6区)和农村(9县)样本的超标率分别为2.01%(4/199)和1.89%(5/264)。结论 洛阳市部分食品中仍存化学污染物隐患;建议有关部门采取积极有效措施,加大精准监管力度,保障人民群众饮食安全。 Objective To analyze the pollution status of chemical pollutants and harmful factors in market food in Luoyang city in 2020, and the risk distribution and sources were analyzed, so as to provide basis for relevant departments to carry out risk assessment and accurate supervision for food safety. Methods Closely follow the superior monitoring plan and quality control requirements, the representative food samples were collected with stratified random sampling method from four links of planting, production and processing, circulation and catering in the city from May to October 2020. The chemical pollutants and harmful factors were detected and determined according to the relevant national standards and work manual.Results There were 79 indicators in 8 categories were tested in 463 samples of 10 categories, with the over-standard rate of1.94%. The over-standard rate of chlorpyrifos poisoning in pakchoi was 1.56%(1/64), and the over-standard rate of food additives containing aluminum in Youtiao was 4.10%(8/195). The over-standard rates of circulation and catering samples were 0.54%(2/373) and 8.14%(7/86), respectively. The over-standard rates of samples in urban(six districts) and rural area(nine counties) were 2.01%(4/199) and 1.89%(5/264). Conclusions The hidden dangers of chemical pollutants still exist in part of market food in Luoyang city. It is suggested that relevant departments take active and effective measures to strengthen precise supervision and ensure food safety of people.
