补阳还五汤通过调控雌激素水平防治阿尔兹海默病的研究现状

Research status of Buyang Huanwu decoction in preventing and treating Alzheimer’s disease by regulating estrogen level

药物可以改善阿尔兹海默病(AD)患者的认知功能,但仍然不能完全治愈AD。中医方剂补阳还五汤常被用于治疗卒中及脑血管意外后遗症,其对患病大脑治疗的明显改善临床效果已延伸至对AD的治疗。男性患AD的风险明显低于绝经后的女性,提示AD的发生可能与雌激素水平减少有关。本文将从雌激素角度对补阳还五汤防治AD的研究进展做一综述,主要内容包括补阳还五汤治疗AD的药理作用、雌激素水平与AD的关系、补阳还五汤通过调控雌激素水平防治AD等。

There are some drugs which are used to improve the cognitive function of patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD),but they still can not completely cure AD.Buyang Huanwu decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine prescription,is often used to treat the sequelae of stroke and cerebrovascular accidents.Its clinical effect of significantly improving the treatment of diseased brain has been extended to the application of AD.The risk of AD in men is significantly lower than that in postmenopausal women,suggesting that it may be related to the reduction of estrogen levels.This paper reviews the research progress of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the prevention and treatment of AD from the perspective of estrogen.The main contents include the pharmacological effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of AD,the relationship between estrogen level and AD,Buyang Huanwu decoction in the prevention and treatment of AD by regulating estrogen level,etc.
