摘要
线上医患交流既是一种网络化的医疗问诊行为,也是一种基于特定人群的网络人际传播。它不仅是疾病咨询过程,也是健康沟通实践。本文从“医—患—技术”三元视角,通过对13名医生和13名患者的深度访谈,挖掘线上医患交流的独特内涵及其与线下问诊的本质差异。研究发现,新媒体介入医患交流,能释放更多患者需求,补充性地加持医疗问诊的信息诠释和心理慰藉功能。新媒体技术特征的优劣势与医患主观能动性相互磨合,技术赋权患者地位上升与技术疏离影响患者体验交织并存。医患双方不同传播主体在各自的利益框架和行为逻辑中理解线上医患交流,也逐步形成关于其意义和用途的社会共识。本研究透过技术与人文的对话,揭示新媒体场域下医患交流的动态以及医患信任建构视角下技术的角色,有助于促进在线问诊的良性发展。
Online patient-provider communication(OPPC)is not just an online medical consultation behavior;it is also a computer-mediated interpersonal communication within a particular group of individuals.Not only does it involve disease counseling,but also health communication.Relying on the perspective of"doctor-patient-technology"and through in-depth interviews with 13 doctors and 13 patients,this paper explores the unique connotation of OPPC and its essential differences from offline consultation.The study found that OPPC could fill more patient needs and enhance medical consultation functions such as information interpretation and psychological comfort.The technical characteristics of new media and the subjective initiative of doctors and patients interact with each other.As the Internet technology empowers patients,it may also alienate patients from doctors,damaging their experiences.Both doctors and patients understand OPPC in their own interest frameworks and behavioral logics,but the interactions gradually come to a consensus about its meanings.Through the dialogue between technology and humanities,this study reveals the dynamics of doctor-patient communication in the new media field and the role of technology in doctor-patient trust construction.This study is of help to promote the healthy development of online consultation.
