中小学新进教师培训有效性评价模式的探究

摘要 “有效性”主要是指某一结果的实现程度,某一行为达到的最终效果.培训有效性评价属于培训质量评价的内容,不仅是对结果的评价,还是对过程的评价.需要确定的理论指导,编制合适的评价指标,并遵循一定的规则方法对培训展开全流程、全方位测评.主要目的是发挥评价的导向、激励、改进功能,最终提高培训质量. Efficiency is the realizing degree of some one result and the ultimate effect of some one action. Training efficiency evaluation belongs to the content of training quality evaluation, including both result and process. It needs determined theory guidance, suitable evaluation index and some certain rules and methods to carry out a whole process and whole dimension evaluation, whose main purpose is to give a full play of the direction, encouragement and improving function of evaluation so as to improve training quality.
