不同重金属对茅苍术种子萌发的影响

摘要 为探究不同重金属对茅苍术种子萌发的影响,本文采用不同浓度梯度的CdSO_(4)、CuSO_(4)、HgCl_(2)溶液处理茅苍术种子,以无菌水处理作为对照,测定茅苍术种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数。结果表明,3种重金属溶液处理均使茅苍术种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数显著降低,茅苍术种子对三种重金属Cd^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Hg^(2+)的耐受程度为Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>Hg^(2+),说明茅苍术种子对重金属Hg^(2+)较为敏感。本文为茅苍术种子萌发期耐重金属胁迫提供一定的参数。 In order to explore the effects of different heavy metal on the germination of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC,in this study,CdSO_(4),CuSO_(4),HgCl_(2)solutions with different concentration gradients were used to treat Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.Bacteria water treatment was used as a control,and the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC seeds were determined.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC seeds were significantly reduced under the three heavy metal stresses.To three heavy metals Cd^(2+),Cu^(2+)and Hg^(2+)was Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>Hg^(2+).The seeds were more sensitive to heavy metal Hg^(2+),in order to provide certain parameters for the resistance of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC seeds to heavy metal stress during the germination period.
