摘要
针对矿井建设快掘采煤区锚杆、锚索等物料依靠人工搬运安全、效率低下的问题,提出在快掘设备单侧预留的1.5~2 m空间间距内开发一种窄小型防爆智能搬运平台,通过Triz创新理论的技术矛盾矩阵和物—场分析原理,对搬运平台整体系统装置和工作机构进行了创新设计,利用动力学验证了该平台工作装置的力学可靠性,结果表明:设计使用后的工作机构能够提高锚杆、锚索等搬运效率,改善了快掘区物料搬运效率低、安全性差问题,对其他大型矿井采煤作业效率优化具有一定的参考意义。
In view of the safety and low efficiency of manual handling of anchor bolts, anchor cables and other materials in the rapid excavation mining area of mine construction, a narrow and small explosion-proof intelligent handling platform is developed within the 1.5-2 m space reserved on one side of the rapid excavation equipment. Through the technical contradiction matrix of Triz innovation theory and the principle of physical field analysis, the overall system device and working mechanism of the handling platform are innovatively designed, this mechanical reliability of the working device of the platform is verified by dynamics. Its results show that the designed working mechanism can improve the handling efficiency of anchor bolts and anchor cables, in order to improve the problems of low material handling efficiency and poor safety in the fast excavation area. It has a certain reference significance for the optimization of coal mining operation efficiency in other large mines.
