小庄矿大采高综放面强矿压显现规律研究 被引量:4

Research on Mechanism of Strong Mine Pressure in Fully Mechanized Caving Face with Large Mining Height in Xiaozhuang Mine

摘要 针对小庄矿40205综放工作面在2021年3月12日至4月2日出现的强矿压显现问题,统计分析了工作面矿压监测和微震监测数据,研究了强矿压显现规律,分析了强矿压显现产生的原因,并给出了应对措施,得出以下主要结论:破断顶板高度发育、悬臂梁超前断裂、悬臂梁下沉量增大是造成本次强矿压现象的主要原因;初次来压时工作面实际来压范围相比较理论来压范围有明显增加,第2次和第3次来压时工作面出现强矿压现象,工作面见方和埋深见方时,来压强度会进一步增大,需要特别注意顶板和支护状态;建议采用及时移架、适当减少放煤量、加快推进速度、保证液压支架初撑力等措施应对强矿压显现,防止支架损坏甚至顶板灾害的发生。 In view of the strong strata behavior problem of 40205 fully mechanized caving face in Xiaozhuang mine from March 12 to April 2,2021, the mine pressure monitoring and microseismic monitoring data of working face are statistically analyzed, the law of strong mine pressure behavior is studied, the causes of strong mine pressure behavior are analyzed, and the countermeasures are given.The main conclusions are as follows: the advanced fracture of cantilever beam, the increase of coal caving angle and the increase of cantilever beam subsidence are the main reasons for this strong mine pressure phenomenon;compared with the theoretical pressure range, the actual pressure range of the working face is obviously increased when the first coming, and the second and third weightings appear strong ground pressure phenomenon, when the advancing length of the working face is equal to the inclined length and the advancing length of the working face is equal to the buried depth, the pressure strength will further increase, and special attention should be paid to the roof and support state;it is suggested that measures such as timely frame shifting, appropriate reduction of coal discharge, acceleration of propulsion speed and guarantee of initial support force of hydraulic support should be taken to deal with the occurrence of strong ground pressure and prevent the damage of support and even roof disaster.
