摘要
为了判别平顶山矿区八矿煤与瓦斯突出发生危险性,分析防治措施效果。以己_(15)-15060工作面为研究对象,综合运用瓦斯地质分析、地质动力区划和岩体应力状态分析等方法,对自然地质条件下工作面煤与瓦斯突出发生危险性进行了判别;采用FLAC^(3D)模拟方法分析了掘进和开采活动对突出危险性的影响;采用COMSOL Multiphysics模拟方法对瓦斯抽采等防突措施效果进行了评估。研究结果表明:己_(15)-15060工作面埋深较大,工作面大部分处于应力升高区和应力梯度区范围内,岩体应力较高;受到Ⅲ-3和Ⅴ-10等区划断裂的控制作用,在自然地质条件下具有煤与瓦斯突出发生危险。采掘活动进一步增大了突出发生危险。采取了瓦斯抽采等措施后,工作面煤层中瓦斯压力降低至0.12~0.38 MPa,瓦斯含量降低至2.1~4.2 m^(3)/t,达到了预期效果。表明瓦斯地质图、地质动力区划等预测结果对煤与瓦斯突出等动力灾害的防治工作具有很好的指导作用,八矿建立健全的煤与瓦斯突出防治技术体系,有效遏制了煤与瓦斯突出等矿井动力灾害的发生,对矿井的安全生产起到了重要作用。
In order to distinguish the risk of coal and gas outburst and analyze the effect of prevention and control measures.Working face 15060 inⅥ-15th coal seam of No.8 coal mine in Pingdingshan mining area,Henan province,is taken as the research object,the risk of coal and gas outburst in the working face under natural geological conditions is distinguished by gas geological analysis,geodynamic division and rock mass stress state analysis method.The influence of excavation and mining activities on the risk of coal and gas outburst is analyzed by FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation method.COMSOL Multiphysics numerical simulation method is used to evaluate the effect of coal and gas outburst prevention measures such as gas drainage.The research results show that the mining depth of working face 15060 inⅥ-15th is large,most of the working face is in the range of high stress area and stress gradient area,the rock mass stress is high.The working face,controlled by division faults such as Ⅲ-3 and Ⅴ-10,and has the risk of coal and gas outburst under natural geological conditions.Mining activities further increases the risk of outburst.After gas drainage and other measures are taken in the working face,the gas pressure in the coal seam is reduced to 0.12-0.38 MPa,and the gas content is reduced to 2.1-4.2 m^(3)/t,which achieves the expected effect.It shows that the prediction results such as gas geological map and geo-dynamic division play a good guiding role in the prevention and control of dynamic disasters such as coal and gas outburst.No.8 coal mine has established a sound technical system for the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst,which has effectively curbed the occurrence of coal and gas outburst and other dynamic disasters in coal mine.It has played an important role in mine safety production.
