摘要
矿用局部通风机在运转过程中噪音大,入口处风流流动不稳定是造成该问题的主要原因。设计矿用局部通风机的导流降噪装置,利用数值模拟的方法,模拟分析了装置内部安装60°、75°、90°和105°导流板时风机内部风流的流动状态。优化装置模型,对直角弯折处进行倒圆角处理。经过对比分析,结果表明:在矿用局部通风机进口处,增设导流降噪装置,在其内部安装3块90°导流板,对直角弯折处进行倒圆角设计,相比于原模型,可以有效地改善风机风流的速度场和湍动能场的变化状态,减少涡流的出现,使风流更稳定,进而达到导流降噪的目的。
The mine local ventilator is noisy during operation, and unstable airflow at the entrance is the main cause of this problem. The diversion and noise reduction device of mine local fan is designed,and the flow state of air flow inside the fan is simulated and analyzed by using numerical simulation method when 60°, 75°, 90°and 105°guide plates are installed in the device. Optimize the device model and fillet the right angle bend. After comparative analysis, the results show that at the inlet of mine local fan, a diversion and noise reduction device is added, and three 90° guide plates are installed inside it, and the right-angle bend is rounded. Compared with the original model, it can effectively improve the change state of velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy field of fan airflow, reduce the occurrence of eddy current, make airflow more stable, and then achieve the purpose of diversion and noise reduction.
