摘要 矿井通风直接影响着矿井的生产能力和经济效益,为了科学合理地对矿井通风系统进行可靠性评价,以宜兴煤矿通风系统为研究对象,通过矿井典型通风线路风阻测定,分析矿井通风阻力分布。建立可靠性评价指标,应用层次分析法对整个矿井的通风系统和通风状况进行多指标可靠性分析与评价,提出了通风系统优化方案,得出最终优化方案,为宜兴煤矿通风系统优化提供指导,同时对于其他矿井通风系统的可靠性评价及优化具有一定的借鉴意义。 Coal mine ventilation directly affects the production capacity and economic benefits of the mine.In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the reliability of the mine ventilation system, the ventilation system of the Yixing coal mine is taken as the research object, and the distribution of the ventilation resistance in the mine is analyzed by measuring the wind resistance of the typical mine ventilation line. The reliability evaluation index is established, and the analytic hierarchy process is used to carry out multi-index reliability analysis and evaluation on the ventilation system and ventilation status of the entire mine. The optimization scheme of ventilation system is proposed, and the final optimization scheme is obtained, which provides guidance for the optimization of ventilation system in Yixing coal mine, and has certain reference significance for the reliability evaluation and optimization of ventilation system in other mines.
