双泵大流量泥浆泵车设计研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对常规单泵配置泥浆泵车在大直径、长钻孔施工中流量不足问题,提出了一种双泵并联泥浆泵车设计方案,开发了基于双泵并联的液压控制系统,建立了液压系统动态特性仿真模型,对其输出流量及压力进行了仿真分析。在鹤壁三矿工业性试验表明:该泵车运行安全可靠、排渣效率高,可满足煤矿井下顶板大直径高位定向钻孔的大流量需求。 For the problem as low output flow in the construction of large diameter and long borehole with conventional single pump slurry pump truck, the design scheme of slurry pump truck with two pumps in parallel is proposed, the hydraulic control system based on double pumps parallel was developed, the simulation model of dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system was established, the output flow and pressure were simulated and analyzed. The industrial test in the No.3 mine of Hebi mining bureau shows: the pump truck runs safely and reliably and has high slag discharge efficiency,which can meet the large flow demand of large diameter and high position directional drilling hole in coal mine roof.
