基于二级模糊综合权重的矿井提升机运行状态评估 被引量:3

摘要 为了适应煤矿机电设备智能化检修的发展趋势,提出一种基于二级模糊综合权重的矿井提升机运行状态评估方法。首先,建立矿井提升机运行状态的评估体系和评语集;然后,引入指数标度对层次分析法进行改进,得到系统层和指标层的主观权重,使用客观赋权法求取指标层的客观权重,并通过组合权重模型确定系统层和指标层的综合权重;最后,将系统层和指标层的综合权重和其模糊隶属矩阵进行运算后,再与运行状态等级加权求和,得到提升机运行状态的评估结果。实验结果表明,该方法可以准确的对矿井提升机的运行状态进行评估,对实现煤矿机电设备的智能化检修具有一定的意义。 In order to meet the development trend of intelligent maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment, propose a mining hoist operation status assessment method based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive weights. Firstly, the evaluation system and the set of comments of mine hoist operation status are established. Then, the index scale is introduced to improve the hierarchical analysis method to obtain the subjective weights of system layer and indicator layer, and the objective weights of indicator layer are obtained by using the objective weighting method, and the comprehensive weights of system layer and indicator layer are determined by the combined weighting model. Finally, the combined weights of system layer and indicator layer and their fuzzy affiliation matrix are operated, and then weighted and summed with the operation status level to get the evaluation result of hoist operation status. The experiment shows that the method can accurately evaluate the operation status of mine hoist,which is meaningful for realizing the intelligent maintenance of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
