摘要
以遗传算法为基础,利用偏导数法对现有锅炉热效率计算公式进行了简化,并通过数学推导得出生物质颗粒锅炉热效率的表达函数,确定了影响锅炉热效率的主要参数的取值范围,并据此建立了锅炉热效率的优化模型。用遗传算法求解得出生物质颗粒锅炉效率的最优值。研究结果表明:采用遗传算法可以优化生物质颗粒锅炉效率并快速获得锅炉的最佳运行参数,为生物质颗粒锅炉的经济运行提供参考依据。
Based on genetic algorithm, the existing calculation formula of boiler thermal efficiency is simplified by using the partial derivative method, the expression function of boiler thermal efficiency of biomass particles is deduced mathematically, the value range of main parameters affecting boiler thermal efficiency is determined, and the optimization model of boiler thermal efficiency is established. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal value of the efficiency of the boiler. The results show that genetic algorithm can optimize the efficiency of biomass particle boiler and quickly obtain the best operating parameters of the boiler, which provides a reference basis for the economic operation of biomass particle boiler.
