轧钢加热炉升级改造工程实践

摘要 作为钢铁企业轧钢工序中的关键环节,轧钢加热炉因其承前启后的重要作用,以及能源消耗高、排放标准低的特殊状态,面临升级、改造的窗口期。通过对国内某卷板厂1580 mm热连轧加热炉的调研,充分了解加热炉实际运行状况,确定升级改造方案,实施升级改造工程,掌握其改造后运行数据。升级改造后,加热炉小时产量提升至285 t,能耗降至1.150 GJ/t,氧化烧损率降至0.72%,坯料加热质量升高(断面及水梁黑印温差稳定在±15℃内),NO_(x)排放≤145 mg/m^(3)(标态8%氧含量),均达到国内领先水平。 As a key link in the steel rolling process of iron and steel enterprises,steel rolling heating furnace because of its connection,as well as the special state of high energy consumption and low emission standards,facing the window period of upgrading and transformation.Based on the investigation of the 1580 mm hot strip rolling furnace in a coil mill in China,the actual operation status of the furnace is fully understood,the upgrading and transformation scheme is determined,the furnace transformation project is implemented,and the operation data after transformation is mastered.According to the comparison of data before and after upgrading,the output per hour of heating furnace is increased to 285 t,the single consumption per ton of steel is reduced to 1.150 GJ,the oxidation burning loss rate is reduced to 0.72%,the heating quality of billet is high(the temperature difference between the cross section and the black mark of water beam is stable within±15℃),the NO_(x)emission is less than 145 mg/m^(3)(8%oxygen content),all reaching the domestic leading edge level.
