提高红钢260m^(2)烧结机运行效率的实践

摘要 红钢3号260 m^(2)烧结机系统作业率低、能耗高、设备检维护成本高,影响了烧结矿产、质量,生产成本居高不下。为进一步降低生产成本,对影响烧结成本的设备故障频繁、大功率设备电耗高等因素进行分析并实施技术改造。改造后,3号260 m^(2)烧结机系统设备作业率提高到97%,烧结矿电耗降低了17.62 kWh/t,每年节约生产成本约2 234.53万元。 The paper introduces the low operating rate, high energy consumption and high maintenance cost of the 260 m^(2) sinter system of Honggang No.3 sintering plant, which affects the quality of sinter and the high production cost. In order to further reduce the production cost, the factors that affect the sintering cost, such as frequent equipment failures and high power consumption of high-power equipment, are analyzed and the technical transformation is carried out. The operating rate of the system of No.3 260 m^(2) sintering machine is increased to 97%, the unit electricity consumption of sinter is reduced by 17.62 kWh/t, and the annual production cost is saved by 22.345 3 million yuan.
