600 MW机组外置式蒸汽冷却器改造方案研究

摘要 为了降低第三段抽汽的蒸汽过热度,提高回热系统的热效率和机组运行的经济性,对某600 MW燃煤发电机组提出两种设置外置式蒸汽冷却器的技术方案,并进行了经济和安全分析。结果表明:设置外置蒸汽冷却器,能够有效利用三抽蒸汽的过热度,改善回热系统效率,有效提高机组运行的可靠性和经济性,达到节能减排的综合效益。 In order to reduce the steam superheat degree of the third-stage extraction steam, improve the thermal efficiency of the regenerative system and the economy of the unit operation, two technical solutions for setting up an external steam cooler are proposed for a 600 MW coal-fired generating unit, and the economical and security analysis. The results show that adding an external steam cooler can effectively utilize the superheat degree of the three-extraction steam, improve the efficiency of the heat recovery system, effectively improve the reliability and economy of the unit operation, and achieve the comprehensive benefits of energy saving and emission reduction.
