摘要
近年来,图书馆智慧服务模式研究明显升温,但现有研究切入点较为分散且研究深度不足,缺乏整体性的逻辑架构去系统论述该模式的构建思路。文章采用文献研究法梳理了图书馆智慧服务的概念,分析了图书馆智慧服务模式的基本要素与逻辑架构,并总结了该领域的研究现状及不足之处。图书馆智慧服务模式的基本要素分别是数据、技术、服务和业务,其逻辑架构应以数据为基础、以技术为支撑、以服务为目标、以业务为内涵。
In recent years, the research on the smart service mode of library shows obvious heat, but the existing research has the problems of scattered entry point and insufficient research depth. It lacks an overall logical architecture to systematically discuss the construction idea of the library smart service mode. The paper uses literature research to sort out the concept of library smart service, which analyzes the basic elements and logical architecture of library smart service mode, and summarizes the research status and shortcomings in this field. The basic elements of the library smart service mode are data, technology, services and business, and its logical architecture should be based on data, supported by technology, targeted by service and comprehended by business.
