乡村振兴背景下浙江省农村产业融合的空间异质性及影响因素

Spatial Heterogeneity and Influencing Factors of Rural Industrial Integration in Zhejiang Province in the Context of Rural Revitalization

基于乡村振兴背景,构建农村产业融合水平综合评价体系,测算浙江省农村产业融合水平,分析农村产业融合的空间异质性,并采用两阶段最小二乘法(2SLS)和两步最优GMM进一步探究影响因素。结果表明:浙江省农村产业融合水平呈波动性上升态势,但各地级市的农村产业融合水平不均衡;根据农村产业融合水平,可将浙江省11个地级市分为四大地带,分别为农村产业融合先驱地带(杭州、宁波)、先进地带(嘉兴、湖州)、一般地带(舟山、台州、绍兴、金华、温州)和滞后地带(丽水、衢州);浙江省总体泰尔系数在经历波动后呈现下降趋势,融合发展水平差异表现为区域异质性缩小;政府调控、经营主体利益、农业科技水平、农村人居环境、人才培养力度和财政收入均在不同程度上对浙江省农村产业融合产生正向促进作用,市场需求和农村人力资本可能对农村产业融合具有负面影响。

Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of rural industrial integration to measure the level of rural industrial integration in Zhejiang Province,analyzes the spatial heterogeneity of rural industrial integration,and further explores the influencing factors by using two-stage least squares(2SLS)and two-step optimal GMM.The results show that the level of rural industrial integration in Zhejiang Province shows a fluctuating upward trend while the development in various cities is uneven;11 cities in Zhejiang Province can be divided into four categories according to the level of rural industrial integration,namely the pioneer zones(Hangzhou,Ningbo),the advanced zones(Jiaxing,Huzhou),the general zones(Zhoushan,Taizhou,Shaoxing,Jinhua,Wenzhou)and the lagging zones(Lishui,Quzhou);the overall Theil coefficient of Zhejiang Province shows a downward trend after experiencing fluctuations,and the difference of integration development level shows a narrowing regional heterogeneity;government regulation,interests of business entities,level of agricultural science and technology,rural living environment,talent training efforts and fiscal revenue all have positive promoting effects on the integration of rural industries in Zhejiang Province to varying degrees,while market demand and rural human capital may have a negative impact on rural industrial integration.
