“15分钟生活圈”老旧居住小区养老服务设施建设的痛点与对策——以无锡市崇安寺街道汤巷社区为例

Pain Points and Countermeasures of Elderly Care Service Facilities Construction within 15-min Pedestrian-Scale Neighborhoods in Old Residential Quarters:The Case of Tangxiang Community,Chongansi Sub-District,Wuxi

“15分钟生活圈”养老服务设施建设已有国家标准。调研发现,城市中老旧居住小区养老服务设施建设依然存在很多痛点,主要体现为:住宅公共空间紧张,养老服务设施难以改善;社区环境规划杂乱,老年人生活幸福指数不高;社区周围商业发达,养老医护服务资源被挤占。据此,按照组团级、小区级、居住区级分别提出优化养老服务设施建设的策略。

The national standards for the elderly care service and facilities within 15-min pedestrian-scale neighborhoods have been established.However,survey shows that there are many pain points in elderly care service facilities in the old residential quarters in cities,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:compact residential public spaces make it difficult to improve elderly care service facilities;disordered community environment planning reduces the life happiness index of the elderly;elderly care service resources are occupied by the developed commercial facilities around communities.Therefore,targeted suggestions are put forward to improve the construction of elderly care service facilities according to the levels of residential groups,residential quarters and residential communities.
