司法警察类高职院校学生职业能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Students’Professional Skills in Judicial Police Vocational Colleges

司法警察职业教育主要培养能够胜任司法行政职业工作的高素质技术技能人才。对司法警察类高职院校学生职业能力培养情况进行调查,发现当前教师教学水平有待提高,实践教学环节有待加强,学生职业规划缺乏针对性。建议司法警察类高职院校进一步强化师资队伍建设,加大实践教学力度,坚持“以生为本”科学管理,加强学生职业生涯规划和就业指导,以此提升学生职业能力培养的效果。

The judicial police vocational education mainly cultivates high-quality technical professionals being competent for judicial administration.A survey is conducted on the cultivation of students’professional skills in judicial police vocational colleges.It is found that current teaching level of teachers needs to be improved,practical teaching need to be strengthened,and students’career planning lacks pertinence.In order to improve the effects of cultivating students’professional skills,it is suggested for judicial police vocational colleges to further strengthen the construction of faculty,intensify practical teaching,adhere to scientific student-oriented management,and reinforce guidance on students’career planning and employment.
