Sonochemical synthesis of metal chalcogenide semiconductor nanoparticles

摘要 随着纳米科技的发展,合成纳米材料的新方法层出不穷。超声化学方法合成纳米材料近年来得到了飞速的发展,引起了科学界越来越多的关注。本文从超声化学的基本原理和特点出发,简要介绍了近年来超声化学法在水、有机溶剂及微乳液中合成金属硫族半导体纳米材料和复合金属纳米材料的进展。在水溶液中超声化学制备金属硫族半导体纳米材料方便、简单,而在有机溶剂和微乳液中制备,能更好地控制粒子的尺寸和形貌。 With the rapid development of nanoscience and nanotechnology,more and more atten-tions have been paid to establishing some novel methods for the preparation of nanomaterials.In this paper,we briefly summarize the basic theory of sonochemistry and the latest progress in the synthesis of metal chalcogenide semiconductor nanoparticles in aqueous solution,organic solvent and microemulsion solution by sonochemical method.The sonochemical preparation of metal chalcogenide semiconductors composition is also introduced.
