党史事业亟需人才与党史学生对口就业困难的矛盾解析与对策思考

Analysis of the Contradiction between the Urgent Need for Talents in the Cause of the Party History and the Difficult Counterpart Employment of Graduates Majoring in the Party History and Thoughts on the Countermeasures

较长时间以来,党史事业发展亟需大量专业人才与党史毕业生难以找到对口就业工作的矛盾现象突出,造成党史专业人才流失、党史教育资源浪费,阻碍党史高质量人才培养。这已成为当今影响党史学科建设、制约党史事业发展的一个亟待解决的体制性障碍“难”题。在党史人才供不应求、党史党建被列入一级学科的有利条件下,这一矛盾问题的解决具有必要性和可能性。从政治高度认识党史事业的战略性地位,可多措并举、多管齐下:走出认识误区,提升思想高度;创新就业思路,试行“特区”政策;提高准入门槛,试行专职专招;跟进党史需要,力行人尽其才;加开党史课程,增加师资队伍;等等。通过综合施策,努力解决这个既矛盾但又并不难解决的“难题”。

For a long time,there is a prominent contradiction that the development of the cause of the history of CPC is in urgent need of a large number of professional talents but graduates majoring in the history of CPC are not eligible for employment,which causes the loss of professional talents and the waste of educational resources of the history of CPC,and obstacles to the cultivation of high-quality talents in the Party history major.It has become an urgent institutional obstacle that affects the discipline construction of the history of CPC,restricts the development of the cause of the history of CPC,and further affects the promotion of the cultural soft power and even the ideological work of the Party and the country.It is necessary and possible to solve this contradiction under the favorable conditions in which the demand for professional talents majoring in history of CPC far outstrips supply,meanwhile the history and construction of the Communist Party of China is included in the first-class discipline.We should understand the strategic position of the cause of the history of CPC from the political height,and take multiple measures at the same time,such as getting rid of cognitive misunderstanding and enhancing the level of thinking,innovating employment ideas and trying out special policies,raising the admittance threshold and trying out specialized recruitment for specialized positions,following up the needs of the cause of the history of CPC and make the best of the professional talents majoring in the history of CPC,offering courses in the history of CPC and increasing the number of teachers and so on.Hopefully,through the above comprehensive measures,this contradictory but not intractable"difficult problem"will be solved.
