从历史比较维度深化认识经济社会发展规律

Deepen the Understanding of Economic and Social Development Laws:A Historical Comparative Perspective

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想深化了对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的认识,是中国共产党勇于进行理论探索和创新的结果。这三大规律本质上就是经济社会发展的重大规律。我们应当按照中共二十大的要求,在总结历史经验的基础上进一步深化认识经济社会发展规律。在社会主义百年建设历史上,苏共二十大是苏联衰亡的起点,中共二十大是中国全面建设现代化的里程碑。两个国家都有70多年的发展史,我们可以作历史对比,并将其作为深化认识三大规律的历史镜鉴。通过历史比较,进一步用历史唯物论具体深化认识客观规律,领悟中国化时代化的马克思主义精髓,丰富、拓展中国特色社会主义政治经济学。

Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, which represents achievement fromthe courageous theoretical explorations and innovations of the CPC, has further deepened the understanding of thelaws that underlie governance by a communist party, the development of socialism, and the evolution of human soci-ety. Understood at a higher level,these three major laws are by nature the most significant laws of economy and soci-ety. We shall further deepen our understanding of them according to the requirements of the 20th Congress of theCommunist Party of China. In the one hundred years’ history of socialist construction,the 20th Congress of the Com-munist Party of Soviet Union was the start of the decline of the Soviet Union,while the 20th Congress of the Commu-nist Party of China was the milestone of China’s building a modern socialist country in all respects;the two coun-tries share(d)a development history of more than 70 years,and thus we can make a historical contrast as the mirrorof history for deepening our understanding of the three major laws. Through this historical comparison,we shall fur-ther deepen our understanding of concrete objective laws from the perspective of historical materialism,appreciatethe essence of Marxism adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of our times,and enrich and broaden socialistpolitical economy with Chinese characteristics.
