不同原料制备防水沥青的性能研究

Investigation on the Performances of Waterproof Asphalt Prepared from Different Raw Materials

以70号沥青和两种不同的软化油为原料,制备了四种F300防水沥青,探明了不同配比的防水沥青物理性能和老化性能的差异。结果表明,软化油A单独调和的F300防水沥青的耐热性好、黏度大、分子量大和抗老化性能强,软化油B单独调和的F300防水沥青的耐热性差、黏附性差和抗老化性能弱,为防水沥青的调和制备及防水卷材用沥青的筛选提供依据和参考。

Four kinds of F300 waterproof asphalt are prepared by 70#asphalt and two diferent softening oils,and the differences in physical properties and aging performances of waterproof asphalt with different pro-portions are proved.The results show that F300 waterproof asphalt blended with sofening oil A alone has good heat resistance,high viscosity,high molecular weight and strong anti-aging performance,while the F300 wa-terproof asphalt blended with softening oil B alone has poor heat resistance,poor adhesion and weak anti-aging performance,which provides the basis and reference for the blending and preparation of waterproof asphalt and the selection of asphalt for waterproofing membranes.
