利用70号沥青生产SG90水工沥青的研究

Study on Preparing SG90 Hydraulic Asphalt by 70# Asphalt

以70号沥青为原料,在一定试验条件下,考察了不同类型改性剂、相容剂掺量对水工沥青性能的影响,确定了生产SG90水工沥青的配方。试验结果表明:不同掺量的不同类型改性剂及相容剂对水工沥青的影响效果不同,通过对两种不同类型改性剂添加配比的调整及优化,制得的水工沥青可以达到电力行业标准《土石坝沥青混凝土面板和心墙设计规范》(DLT5411—2009)中SG90水工沥青技术要求。

With 70#asphalt as raw material,under certain test conditions,the effect of deferent types of modifiers and compatibilizerf on hydraulic asphalt perfoananco is invstigated,and SG90 hydraulic asphalt foanuli is deteanined.Test resuhs show that dferent types and dferent dosaae of modifies and compaibili-zerr have diffeant effects on hydraulic asphlt.By adjusting and optimizing the addition ratio of two dferent types madniers,the prepared hydraulic asphalt met We technical requirements of SG90 hydraulic asphalt in power industa iandard in'Code for Design of Asphalt Concrete Faces and Core Walls of Earth rock Dams'(DUT5411-2009).
