摘要
基于分档方法应用及再生机理研究,选取粗粒径RAP料进行高比例掺量厂拌热再生沥青混合料配合比设计,通过马歇尔试验、水稳定性试验(浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验)、高温稳定性试验、低温抗裂性试验、疲劳试验和抗压回弹模量试验对比分析不同掺量对混合料各项性能的影响,试验结果表明随着RAP料掺量的增加,混合料各种性能均产生相应变化,变化趋势符合沥青老化与再生机理;掺粗粒径RAP料的再生混合料性能优于掺同比例未分档RAP料的混合料性能,RAP料掺量可达配合比上限,且无需精细化处理。
Based on the application of grading method and the research of regeneration mechanism,se-lecting coarse particle RAP,the plant hot mix regeneration mixture proportion ratio with high percentage RAP is designed.The results of Marshall Test,water stability test(immersion Marshall Test,freere-thaw split test),high temperature stability test,low temperature crack resistance test,fatigue test and compressive resil-ience modulus test showed that all performance of mixture change correspondingly with the increase of RAP percentage,and accord with asphalt aging and regeneration mechanism.Results also showed that the perform-ance of RAP mixture mixed coarse particle is better than that of R AP mixture mixed ungraded particle,and the amount RAP can reach the mixture ratio upper limit without precise processing.
