全球价值链嵌入、技术创新与劳动收入分配

Global Value Chain Embedding,Technological Innovation and Labor Income Distribution

文章以中国31个省份2012—2020年数据为基础,探讨全球价值链嵌入、技术创新与劳动收入分配之间的传导路径。实证结果表明:全球价值链嵌入对劳动收入分配产生负面冲击效应,技术创新可驱使劳动收入分配合理化;技术创新在全球价值链嵌入对劳动收入分配的影响中发挥调节效应,即随着技术创新水平提升,全球价值链嵌入对劳动收入分配的负面影响降低。分区域探讨得知,全球价值链嵌入与技术创新的交互项对东部、中部地区劳动收入分配的影响显著为正,对西部地区劳动收入分配的影响显著为负。进一步拓展分析可知,低附加值产业在全球价值链嵌入对劳动收入分配的影响具有中介作用。根植于此,提出全面深化技术创新,助力收入分配趋向公平化;构建“橄榄型”分配结构,提升劳动收入分配平衡性;重塑西部地区分配体制机制,实现东、西部地区协调分配。

Based on the data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2020,this paper explores the transmission path between global value chain embedding,technological innovation and labor income distribution.The empirical results show that:Global value chain embedding has a negative impact on labor income distribution,and technological innovation can drive the rationalization of labor income distribution.Technological innovation plays a moderating effect in the impact of global value chain embedding on labor income distribution.With the level of technological innovation.increase,and the negative impact of global value chain embedding on labor income distribution decreases.The sub-regional discussion shows that the interaction term of global value chain embeddedness and technological innovation has a significant positive impact on labor income distribution in the eastern and central regions,and a significantly negative impact on labor income distribution in the western region.Further expansion analysis shows that the embedding of low value-added industries in the global value chain plays an intermediary role in the impact of labor income distribution.Based on this,it is proposed to comprehensively deepen technological innovation to help income distribution tend to be fair,build an"olive"distribution structure to improve the balance of labor income distribution,reshape the western distribution system and mechanism to achieve coordinated distribution between east and west regions.
