科技创新赋能农村产业融合发展研究——基于空间计量及面板向量自回归模型的实证检验 被引量:6

Science and Technology Innovation and Rural Industrial Covergence Development:Based on the Empirical Analysis of Spatital Econometirc Model and PVAR Model

摘要 文章聚焦科技创新与农村产业融合发展,基于空间计量及PVAR模型的实证分析发现,农村产业融合具有显著的、正向的空间溢出效应;科技创新对农村产业融合发展存在显著的正向影响,并且能够促进农村产业融合发展的空间溢出;农村产业融合发展对于来自科技创新的一个标准差冲击表现出持续的正响应,但整体反应并不大;科技创新对农村产业融合发展的方差贡献率偏小。文章进而从优化农村产业融合发展的空间布局、增强要素流动与集约化配置机制、强化知识创新与技术创新互动机制、完善科技创新与产业融合对接机制等方面提出相应的政策建议。 This research focus on the impact of science and technology innovation on rural industrial covergence development.Based on the empirical analysis of spatital econometirc model panel and PVAR model,the paper found that rural industrial covergence has significant and positive spatial spillover effects,science and technology innovation has positive impacts on rural industrial covergence and promotes the spatial spillover effects of latter.Rural industrial covergence showed continuously response in the face of one standard deviation shock from science and technology innovation,while the reaction is not very big,and the cumulative contribution of science and technology innovation to the rural industrial covergence is small.Furthermore,from the aspect of optimizing space layout of rural industrial covergence,enhacing the mechanism of elements mobility and resource allocation,strengthening the interaction mechanism of knowledge and technological innovations,improving the docking mechanism of both,this paper puts forward policy suggestions.
